Optimus Prime Pen on the moon base... Part1

CONCEPT: to make the attractive pen with pen stand plus lights and sounds. Of course it's about Transformers for fans

1. Disassemble metal pen, modify circuit of light & laser pointer.

2. Clone Optimus prime head, modify ribs inside head.

3. Clone Space man, add dowel to lock into the moon base.

4. Make the moon base model include the correct hole to insert pen.

5. Make the mold of moon base

6. Make plastic resin of the moon base

7. Remake laser & LED light module to optimum length, add SMD LED light module for satellite receiver.
8. Set switches position for space man and the Pen to activate sounds.
9. Decorate satellite receiver and set-up LED light onto it.
10.Set switch function to activate LED light (attach to satellite receiver)

11. Clone satellite receiver & button switch
12. Assemble sound modules, battery socket.
13. Make the bottom cover.
14. Make model of the Optimus Prime's chin, and clone it.
15. Assemble Optimus Prime's head, chin, light module.
16. Paint the Optimus prime head, pen (fire frame)
17. Make the USA.flag and paint the moon.

1. Disassemble metal pen, modify circuit of light & laser pointer.

Metal pen that contains 3 button batteries, 2 button switches

(white torch / red laser pointer)

 with super bright LED white light

 super bright laser pointer

disassemble pen to work on light & laser module. This step must do it carefully due to module will be stuck with switch buttons and easily damage botton swtich.

cut PCB to separate it to 2 modules (one will be fixed with pen body, other one will be fixed with Optimus head. After cut it, you need to replace wire to complete circuit.

strip wire as a short to protect short circuit.

test function of light and laser again.

Add 1 more LED light (spec must be the same) this is for 2 eyes of Optimus prime

Finally you know now how the circuit must be modified roughly.
