12-4 To assemble sound modules, battery socket (continue)

It's about connection of wires & switches

Set the slide bar position as a bit (0.5 mm) higher than the moon edge.

This is for battery cover slides out easily.

There are 3 pins, but only 2 will be used, then we should cut the unuse one.

After cut, we should cover it with super glue putty. The 2 pins are line pole.

Remove both sides of this module as they are a bit exceeding.

Actually this part is not exceeding to sound modules,

but after assembly it may exceed from wires of each.

breaking battery circuit is used for keeping it for long time. it works by pushing any insulation plate into button battery.

This is wires for Space man sound, both wires are line pole.

Pre-soldering makes less soldering time, then switches will not be damage

of the over heat.

Connect the line wire to this switch.

** Trick: twist wires to reduce noise.

Next soldering is Optimus prime switch

remember that we make hole for satellite receiver wires,

now penetrate the wires up to it's position.

Ok, all wires connection are complete. Resume all component.

It looks no problem.

Then check this level, there should not be exceeding part over the edge to edge level, but this picture shows there is some exceeding. then remove them a bit.

Sealant makes advantage on glue and flexibility.

This part do not like super glue ^^

cover edge around with sealant.

Refers to part7, we know that 40 ohm of Resistor must be used. but now

I have 50 Ohm, then I use only 1 pc.

To protext short circuit, cover it too.

There is no problem on final assembly. Then let's make the bottom cover later.

Due to this cover can be made easy or difficult depends on purpose of use.

that is to say an easy one, just make it as the profile of moon bottom to cover all components. But this way is not easy to replace new battery one day.

The difficult way is, to cover all components, but except battery socket profile.

Then no need to release the bottom cover for changing battery.

Anyway, I will always make the difficult way.... ha ha ha
